Can you help, or tell me where to go to download? Just bought a used one - a big upgrade from my original one that was small and homemade (not by me)
Model KM400 _ Duncan
Thank you for any help you can give me,
Pat

Pat,
Congratulations on the new (upgraded) kiln. That's a happy day in the life of the potter! The way I understand it Duncan kilns are now being made by Paragon. They have a number of Duncan manuals available on their website.

I didn't see one for the KM400, but it looks like there might be a generic manual for Duncan electric kilns.

Here's the web address for those manuals.

I hope that helps. Be sure to send me another note with pictures of your first pots after you get them fired. I'd love to be able to share them!

I think this is the manual for the KM400. It is a DA series (see the model number on the side of the kiln.
